When one of our support-engineers asks you to start our Remote Connector, then please follow the instructions below.

Remote Assistance instructions:

  1. Download our One-Click Remote Connector here.
  2. Start 'SysgemRemoteSupport_OneClickConnectorexe' (It will not install).
  3. Give the support engineer the Access Code which is shown in the Remote Connector window.

By using the Remote Connector, the Sysgem Support engineer will be able to see and control your Windows Desktop until you close the Remote Connector window, or until the engineer has logged out of your system.
